Personal Assistant to the Director

We are looking to recruit a part time Personal Assistant, reporting to our Director.

 

Duties will include:-

 

  • Acting as point of contact between manager and internal/external clients
  • Management of manager’s e-mail inbox, prioritising e-mails, dealing with any e-mails where appropriate
  • Screening and answering phone calls, memos, e-mails and managing other channels
  • Managing travel arrangements, accommodation and itineraries
  • Managing and organising diary, scheduling and rescheduling meetings and appointments
  • Taking notes, writing minutes as well as copying, scanning important documents
  • Reminding manager of important tasks and deadlines
  • Organising events

Person specification

The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a Personal Assistant, discretion and confidentiality, have knowledge of office management systems and procedures, outstanding organisation and time management skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload and have excellent verbal and communication skills.
